Order Confirmation:
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
- The first confirms that your order was received with "Order Confirmation Number" will arrive within about 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse with "Consignment Number". You can check the current status of your order by clicking on the Order Status link on the top right corner of our website.

We are using City-Link Express for delivery. Once you have clicked on "Order Status", the below page "Shipment Tracking" will load. Please follow the instructions for the tracking:
- Select "Consignment No"
- Enter Consignment No (15 digits) in the text box provided.
- Click "Track It!", and shipping details will show.
- If you have entered invalid Consignment No (15 digits), system will prompt "Consignment No not found." You need to select "Shipment Tracking" and start the above process again.
Returns & Delivery:
This policy only applies to goods purchased through T-JOUE on-line store.
Should you change your mind we will happily refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn or damaged.
We will, on receipt of the returned items, refund to the payment card the price paid for the items returned, excluding the original shipping charge.
Can I change my order?
We are unable to amend your order, however in some circumstances it may be possible for us to cancel your order on your behalf prior to dispatch. Please contact us as soon as practically possible, by email to
helpme@t-joue.com quoting your order number, name and delivery address. Once the order is processed (you will receive an email at this point), we cannot cancel your order. You have up to 7 days to return your item for a full refund as explained above.
When do I get refund once I have returned an item?
Once we receive an item, we will process the return and refund within 5 working days. Please allow at least 21 days from posting the item back to us for the refund to reach your account (this may take longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment). You will be refunded the amount you paid for the goods returned excluding any shipping charges.
Regrettably we can only provide a refund for a lost delivery once we have been provided with a proof of posting.
Missing Parcel?
T JOUE prides itself on the speedy delivery of your items, however should your item fail to arrive please email to
losthelp@t-joue.com with your order and consignment number. Alternatively, you can check the current status of your order clicking on the "Order Status" link provided in the email, or on the top right corner of our website.
Returning Goods via Store
Regrettably we do not accept online purchases to be returned to our outlet. You must return the goods together with T-JOUE Sale Confirmation indicating which items you have returned via post to T-JOUE within 7 days.
Returning Goods by Post
If you wish to return items via post, follow the instructions outlined below. Please note we do not offer pre-paid postal returns.
- Please include T-JOUE Sale Confirmation indicating which items you have returned and a reason
- Ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel, complete and place a returns address label on the parcel.

- Take the parcel (with enclosed T-JOUE Sale Confirmation) to the Post Office. Please retain the post receipt until you receive your refund. (Regrettably we can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with a proof of posting)
